I have been receiving numerous complaints from patrons about not getting a 3 Day Courtesy Notice. They are getting the Hold notices, and at least the first late notice, I am still verifying the other late notices. I have checked and triple checked the template and it is working when I test it in the local admin area for notices. Has anyone had this problem and know of a way to fix it.
