Jon, I don't think I saw specific reference in your steps to checking the Hatch Extension for Chrome. Did you make sure the Hatch Extension is installed and enabled?
The Hatch Chrome Extension should get installed and enabled by the Hatch Windows Installer. We have had a few instances, however, usually with reinstalls, where the Hatch Extension did not get added to Chrome as part of the installation, or was added, but left disabled. Check your Chrome Extensions and make sure the Hatch Extension is enabled. If you don't see the extension at all, you can get it from the Chrome Web Store. Here's a link to the extension in the Chrome Web Store: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/hatch-native-messenger/ppooibdipmklfichpmkcgplfgdplgahl Chrome will likely need to be restarted after installing or enabling the extension.
