What exactly did you do? Did you just run 'make' & 'make install' from
the open-iscsi dir on that machine? IF you compiled it on your machine,
it should have worked.

I suggest that you do the following:

    * Run 'make' & 'make install' from the open-iscsi dir on the
      problematic machine.
    * Start open-iscsi. If the modules are not loaded correctly, make
      sure that it's trying to load the same version of modules that you
      built. Run 'sum kernel/scsi_transport_iscsi.ko' & 'sum
      /lib/modules/2.6.18-rc3DH4/kernel/drivers/scsi/scsi_transport_iscsi.ko'.
      See if these are really the same files.
