SQL Server 2005. Driver included in the distribution and also tried
version downloaded from MS (same, right?). Setting up using choice
"Microsoft SQL Server 2005 (Microsoft)". Message: "Could not register
database driver com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerDriver. Please
make sure this driver is in your classpath." I gain connection to
database on a Windows setup using the same parameters and credentials
(SQL Server authentication).
