That means it can't find the driver--did you change anything about your configuration? Which OpenBD download (ready2run? war?) and version are you using?
In the WEB-INF/lib directory of your OpenBD webapp you should see a lot of jar files, one of which will be sqljdbc.jar. If that exists it should find the driver fine. If it doesn't exist then something's amiss with your configuration.
