As far as step-by-step instructions, this was all I could find to
install on Ubuntu; I have the OpenBD version running on Windows XP
with Jetty. So the OpenBD version is " Version 1.1 - 25-Apr-09 6:17
AM". The sqljdbc driver is there: /opt/tomcat/webapps/openbd/WEB-INF/
