I won't say that I am absolutely 100% positive, but I am 99.99999% sure I am. :)
The windows installer puts the lib directory at "C:\openbd\lib" which is where I am putting the plugin. At first blush it looks like it is all the same .jar files located in "\web-inf\lib" in the Jetty download of OpenBD...so again...I am assuming that I am putting it in the correct location. *shrug* Thanks for the help.
