Thanks for the help! 1. No error, when I look at the OpenBD log it says "0 plugins found" 2. I am working on my own plugin, but I have also tried the "official" plugins as well. 3. I have restarted Tomcat repeatedly with no luck. However, I have not checked for the process to still be running after stopping the service...so I'll definately give that a try. 4. I'm on Windows7, but there are not permissions issues. Tomcat is able to read all of the other files in the lib folder, and when tomcat is running my plugin jars are "in-use" as well so I don't believe it is a permissions issue.
