Thanks for the help!

1. No error, when I look at the OpenBD log it says "0 plugins found"
2. I am working on my own plugin, but I have also tried the "official"
plugins as well.
3. I have restarted Tomcat repeatedly with no luck. However, I have
not checked for the process to still be running after stopping the
service...so I'll definately give that a try.
4. I'm on Windows7, but there are not permissions issues. Tomcat is
able to read all of the other files in the lib folder, and when tomcat
is running my plugin jars are "in-use" as well so I don't believe it
is a permissions issue.
