I've also never encountered the "graphic design" thinking. I _do_ get "Wow! I didn't think anyone still used ColdFusion!" comment a lot. Funnily enough, because I've been pretty vocal within the Scala and Clojure communities about my use of CFML, folks got over that very quickly and I know at least a couple of folks who are now trying CFML to create web apps (or at least the front end of web apps, wrapped around their Scala and/or Clojure code!). -- Sean A Corfield -- (904) 302-SEAN Railo Technologies, Inc. -- http://getrailo.com/ An Architect's View -- http://corfield.org/ "If you're not annoying somebody, you're not really alive." -- Margaret Atwood -- tag/function ref: http://www.openbluedragon.org/manual/ mailing list - http://groups.google.com/group/openbd?hl=en Get to Texas in Feb for OpenCFSummit http://www.opencfsummit.org/
