Thanks for the quick reply. I must be mentally missing a major piece of the puzzle. To install OpenBD, I simply used the installer openbd-1.3-pl0-windows- installer.exe found on http://openbd.viviotech.net/. To get the server up and running after installation, I only had to make some tweaks to IIS7 and Apache Tomcat. I did not even realize a J2EE app server was running. I dug through the file system looking for the start/stop scripts you mentioned to no avail.
