You can restart using the following:
Start -> OpenBD -> Tomcat Service Control
Stop the service. Start the service.
You can also restart the service in the Windows Service Control screen.
The Tomcat service that OpenBD runs under is just like any other Windows
service.

Then I found autostart.bat in c:\openbd\tomcat\bin. I ran it and it

manually, but after doing so, all of my sessions were flushed.
