It looks like this is probably a 64bit issue.  I ran the installer on
Windows XP and everything went great.  I realized as I was looking at
the Service Control in XP that all of the options were filled in, but in
Windows 7 they weren't.  It looks to be an issue with the service setup.  I
copied everything from XP to 7 and was able to get it to start.  It
wouldn't server cfm files, but jsp came through, so there seems to still be
something else missing.  :)
