Yea i did figure it out - thanks. I just read the instructions when I ran
the installer the 2nd time (RTFM :)

I can't actually see a service called 'OpenBD' in the Services control
panel so maybe it didnt get registered. I can get it to run though if i run
the startup.bat script in C:\openbd\tomcat\bin
