is there a problem with not having tar-balls in the releases?
creating/sending/reading/using diffs made against a tar-balls is not
easy/handy/elegant at all...!
the situation in the cvs doesn't seem to be much better?
while i'm browsing the cvs to find out its structure, i discovered
openca/openca-0.9/src/modules/Convert-ASN1-0.08.tar.gz
