There is another big advantage too, if we use normal directories like
openca-crr/ and openca-db/ then we have releasedependend modules and can
publish (http) and save (cvs) releasedependend fixes. We would also get
a much more clearer cvs-designs because we would only need the trees
openca-0.8, openca-0.9 etc..

Only the external modules should be still zipped (perl-ldap and
Convert-ASN).

So what we should do:
* unzip OpenCA's modules
* remove the old tree openca/

The directories openca-xyz I would not remove only no longer maintain
them because we could destruct needed code.
