I can make my current cvs archive public, now I'm trying to apply my
patches to OpenCA-SNAP-20031219; it will take few days.
There are different fixes in the original May patch, since I added a script for checking which perl modules are installed on the system (and compile only the missing), I found many dangling symlinks and
I fixed some wrong installation path.
If someboby is working on debian system we should definitly work
together.
I have several debian test systems but they are running woody because of some hardware problems with the debian default kernels (Dell PowerEdge). If there are some testable packages then I can try to update to a newer version (testing or unstable). If you have a script which has a good detection rate for already present modules then I can directly integrate it into OpenCA.
Another warning too, we use modified versions of X500::DN and Net::Server. X500::DN doesn't support multivalued RDNs for OpenSSL but the last snapshots of OpenSSL 0.9.8 support this feature. Our Net::Server package includes a modified bugfix to handle a bug which is already present at Debian's BTS.
