  The configure_etc.sh script simply search files with .template suffix
and after that runs openca-configure for files it found. openca-configure
requires config.xml template and output file. I provide all it needs but
nothing happens. It worked for the 1st time I've installed package, but
not after that. So I wonder what happened to openca-configure.
