we should add a simple tool, which checks for a valid xml-document and tells this explicitly, maybe we should add this into debug messages / as error condition, so a user gets a message: well formed xml or not...

or one should use an editor which can check this by its own ;)
since this may happend fast, with nested comment tags and other
things...
