[Openca-Users] Code UTF- or ISO 8859-1??

Hi!   Someone can tell me what kind of browser code is accepted by OpenCa? ISO 8859-1 or UTF-8?   I have some requests that are coming empty... It can happen because of the type of this client's browser code?   Thanks!!   Andr�a.
