Yes, you can do this, but you have to write some new code for this...
IIRC it might work to re-issue the old CSR which will make it necessary
for you to find it in the database from the data you put into the

Yes, this works, I added this for the 0.9.2.4 release.
You can specifiy the new keyword "EXPIRES YYMMDDhhmmss" in the batch
file which is than honored
You can fetch the new command here, if you are using an older version
than 0.9.2.4
