Well..the database table does contain the header (of course) but the header does NOT contain the CERT_NOTAFTER field...

So this means, that eiterh you have the wrong version of the batch function installed (check if the lines I mentioned earlier are present) or that the EXPIRES file is not found or hast wrong format...
Are you sure that "complete_csr.sub" is called by your worklfow ? You should see this in the batch execution screen....
I propose following: go into the "complete_csr.sub" file and add the "CERT_NOTAFTER" header into the header fields with a defined and proper value (without the conditions around) and see if it is added to the database then.
