Yup... I can confirm that seems to fix the problem. That's
definitely a bug in OpenCA if it can't deal with standard install
locations as opposed to development install locations.
Thanks for the info and the kludge to work around the problem.
Kludge because now I have two locations where SSL is installed on my
system. Time for some symlink magic so I have only one copy but
everybody knows where to find everything. :-(
Maybe I'll see if I can figure out what's busted...
