I vaguely remember having an a problem with setParams when doing the
make test for the OpenCA perl modules after doing the make, I was doing it
on an bsd, openbsd machine. Rather than editing the perl modules or
reinstalline openssl I looked at another redhat computer that I installed
openssl on with default locations six months ago and then I setup links,
ln -s, for alot of the openssl stuff (openbsd puts openssl files in
different locations). and got make test to say it was okay.... I think ;)
