The archives are just normal files with a series of email messages in
them with double returns between each message (each message must have
a complete header).  Typically they're broken into roughly 32K chunks,
but this isn't a requirement.  Making them available is as simple as
giving those files appropriate names and putting them in the archive
directory for the appropriate list.  If any one is interested, just
send me the old messages in the correct form and I'll install them.
