MetaCard gain in two ways, they get a better interface (the one we 
design for OpenCard) and they increase their goodwill.  MetaCard 
of course wouldn't own our interface but could place it on their CD 
marked to suggest it is OpenSource and by the OpenCard group.  
The details of this licencing is yet to be discussed however.
