Adrian: The name OpenCard is merely a "codename" for a work in
progress. It will not be the final release name. We decided a while
back not to think about what the release name would be until we
were almost ready for a release, that way people will use the
codename. That way we don't risk damaging the reputation of the
final program by people reviewing pre-release builds.
