Michael,

we are aware of this. Both OpenCard and OpenTalk are already trademarked
for other products. But this is merely a working name (like "Rhapsody" for
MacOS X, or Tiger Mountain for Photoshop 4). We'll take votes on an actual
name to use when we have a working product (that is, when we're at alpha or
beta release level). There's no use discussing the name of a product that
doesn't even exist. That would be what is called VaporWare. I've heard
about lots of things like this (Crypto OS (COS), "Captain Power" being
continued) and I hate it to the bone.

GNU is a trademark of that Open Source collaboration, I think. We'd have
to join them to do this. I'm not against this but I feel we should get
OpenCard working before we walk in on GNU. When we have something to show,
we can work over and say: We've started, now help us carry it on. They have
to see the potential before they'll jump the train.

Note them on a sheet of paper and keep them somewhere safe. We'll need
them when we're further down the road.

>GnuCard with GnuTalk or OpenCard with x?Talk

Cheers,
