It's what they package it as. If they sell it as "OpenCard", they are
re-selling. If they sell it as "StupidChess" they are bundling. The point
is that they may only charge for the stack, which means in your example
they'd charge $100 for a stack that says "Hello, Welcome to OpenCard". Who
would pay that?
