What if someone who hasn't contributed to the development of OpenCard,
but who turns out to be pretty good at using it (me, for example :-)
wanted to consult to other developers. A natural part of that would be
distributing/selling OpenCard on cd, perhaps with associated tools I've
created?

Since we're talking about requiring developers to include a copy of
OpenCard on cd's of their commercial software developed with OC, where
does the line get drawn between, "You must include OpenCard on that cd
you're selling, because the product you're selling was made with
OpenCard," and "You can't sell that cd with OpenCard on it, because we
reserved that right?"

That said, I'm all for you (collectively) getting whatever compensation
you want/can get for OpenCard.
