Adrian: Yes, very true.  After monitoring these discussions I've come to 
agree that unanimous voting is not as good an idea as it appears.  A 
super majority in many situations should be required though.  I also like 
the idea of building a list of things that don't require a super-majority 
to be decided as opposed to a list of the things that do.  This way if we 
miss something it won't create big problems.
