Yes, Uli...however:

* In my previous posts I explained why I feel some partner-level decisions
(eg: removing a partner and modifying the partnership agreement) should not
be subject to a single partner's veto.

* If there is a partner/associate dichotomy for decision making, the
partnership agreement should provide criteria for determining what
decisions are subject to veto and which are not.
