There is a problem with the "lets see how things work first" approach,
Adrian: If all partners but one decide it isn't working out and want to
remove the veto power from the partnership agreement, the one hold-out can
veto any changes. That's the main reason it is folly to require 100%
unanimity: once you require it if the group can't achieve it there's no way
to change it...and nothing gets done.
