I have also this bug, but only under Kubuntu 9.04.
Under Ubuntu 9.04 all works perfeclty.
The DRI is not currently implemented for K8M890 chipset, and it must be
disabled by default in Openchrome driver. When I try for example run
"glxgears", only error is displayed, intead of back to software rendering.
