Many come from NHS, as I remember, are they also a problem?

Not who controls the IP is important, but first the IP-license, and
eventually (if not free licensed), second, who.

It is an important issue you bring up Gerard, i am glad you did. I think
clarity in this is very important.

But it is also late that you bring it up, why not two years ago? Has
something changed?
