If you read my reply to Bert, which probably crossed your response, you can see 
that all archetypes are available under CC-BY-SA license. Unofficially since 
Okt 2009 and officially since Jan 1th 2010

Do you agree that this means that all openEHR archetypes are in the public 
domain and that since these archetypes fall under the CC license is really 
doesn't matter who controls them?
