Yes. is not works. And in source Addons(document) deleted Storage Media code. May be need get code from 6.1 and make new module for Storage Media.

You are no longer able to configure documents to be stored on Storage Media (not database). I was using the last nightly build available and it still allows users to define storage media (Knowledge>Configuration>Document Management). In the new versions you are only allowed to store documents on the database itself.
