No workaround
just get 0.11.1
replace old 0.11
start index (just incremental, no need to start from scratch, so keep
old index, there was no format change between 0.11 and 0.11.1) - to get
new files picked up (0.11 had too restrictive default ignore files)
don't forget to replace the webapp, since that's where the fix is in

We have a bug in trunk that leaks fds , but 0.11.1 afaik should be stable
