Ehmm, you mean the 1350:624c2ccb2df3 "avoid eftar file test and exception on every page access" changeset? This is just an optimization. I think the patch for the leak hasn't made it into the osol version yet. see 1367:cdb5b6d69abf "#19178: fix eftar fd leak" via http://src.iws.cs.ovgu.de/source/history/opengrok-jel/ should be also somewhere in the opengrok bug DB ...
