Joseph and I (and Molly) were thinking of the political dimensions of the choice of country for incorporation, rather than the engineering excellence of each country's corporation API. I remain unconvinced that US corporate law offers any advantages with respect to an organisation like OSHCA over Malaysian corporate law. If the discussion were about the incorporation of an Enron, then that's a different matter...
