oshca.org is definitely an asset. Now that this transfer is done, here is what I need to form the U.S. body of OSHCA:
1. people willing to serve on a board. I suggest 6-8. I'll be one. 2. a copy of all the by-laws, etc.. 3. people willing to share any costs involved. 4. information for trademark applications. OSHCA will have its own bank account. As soon as I have those four things, I'll get the paperwork drafted. Looks like OSCHA would be technically classified in the U.S. as an international trade association. Non-profit as well. I have an office that can be used here in Seattle as a base for OSHCA activities. If there has been no concensus yet on membership fees, then I'll be happy to spend time drafting something up that is suitable for U.S. memberships.
