I've "copy and paste" the email from Networksolutions on the completion of the transfer of oshca.org from Minoru Corporation to OSHCA which is self explanatory on your question "who owns the domain name". oshca.net is the other domain name that is owned by OSHCA. Nationally the incorporation of OSHCA will quality the governance of these "assets".
