I like hpibrowser - and I don't think that name has been used before.

For guidance, I suggest googling for an svn how-to guide - and it should be 
pretty easy to add a new directory.  You might want to wait for others to chime 
in before you commit your changes.  I'd suggest waiting until well after the 
weekend as Monday is a holiday here in the US.
