Is this an active working group yet, or just "about to be". Also, how does one go about joining a working group? Openid.net says, "Participate by agreeing to a contributor agreement and joining a working group<http://wiki.openid.net/Working-Groups>." but it's not clear how one gets the agreement or joins the group (unless "joining" is merely participating in the discussion).
