look like the tool they can provide ( pefconfig) is suitable for a BMC already 
have IPMI LAN channel, however what I need is a daemon program can act as IPMI 
LAN interface on host machine even when BMC do not have LAN channel. Correct me 
if my understanding of ipmiutil is wrong.
