I've made changes; however, I have to review 3 other classes that use the
DictionarySerializer to serialize other Dictionary Types.
NGramModel.java -- looks like this is really just serializing the data. No
refrences to caseSensitivity.
POSDictionary.java -- uses caseSensitivity; however, comments say it doesn't
work and is always set to true.
DetokenizationDictionary.java -- doesn't seem to use and is just serializing.
Please REVIEW these classes as well and make any needed changes. I'm going to
keep digging for answers.
