Inside DictionarySerializer you define a string constant ATTRIBUTE_CASE. It
would be more expressive if it is named ATTRIBUTE_CASE_SENSITIVE, and the same
goes for the value. "Is it case sensitive?" makes more sense than "Is it case?".
