Hmmm, I missed that.

The upgrade tool is going to read /opt/opennms/etc/opennms-datasources.xml to 
obtain the DB location and credentials, and it is going to use one connection 
to obtain the required information. If there is a connection error, the tool 
won't be able to retrieve the information about the MAC Addresses from the 
database, and no interfaces are going to be updated.

Check the amount of max-connections on postgresql.conf to see if it has enough 
available. OpenNMS requires 50 to run by default, so the number must be greater 
than that.

Well, my answer was based on the partial output of the "ls -al" command ... 
Those interfaces were not listed there ;)

But if you are seeing the DB issue, guess you should check postgresql.conf and 
try again, otherwise the tool is not going to merge interface directories.
