I misread you a bit here. I was referring to enhanced L2CAP and not OBEX over L2CAP as such. However, enhanced L2CAP support in BlueZ is complete and verified to work with HDP and the OBEX profile specs requiring enhanced L2CAP have reached adopted version status, so I'd say that there shouldn't be any question about the "readiness".
