Even if the people you normally correspond with appreciate using
Microsoft Word for generic data interchange, please understand that
it is an extremely bad fit for communication within any open source
project.

Richard Stallman writes quite strongly about the .doc disease at
http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/no-word-attachments.html

Since you're asking for help you should of course provide as much
information as possible in whatever way is as accessible as possible.
.doc doesn't fit that description at all.

Since the communication method is email, a plain text copy/paste of
whatever is on your screen into the email body is the ideal way to
include the relevant information.

If that is not possible because of limitations in the applications
that you are working with (I know nothing about Eclipse) or otherwise
then please make sure to provide any screen snapshots in a well
documented image format such as PNG or even JPEG, though the latter
is not so suitable for graphics such as screenshots.

Kind regards

//Peter
