http://iaxmodem.sourceforge.net

It works very well. I am currently using it in a production environment
with Asterisk 1.2.16 and Hylafax 4.3 taking doing roughly 2500 inbound faxes
per day across 50 E1 channels on my busiest server.

I am currently in the process of building a test OpenPBX t.38 platform so I
can ditch those expensive E1's and the requirement for a dedicated server
per local call area.
