It works very well. I am currently using it in a production environment with Asterisk 1.2.16 and Hylafax 4.3 taking doing roughly 2500 inbound faxes per day across 50 E1 channels on my busiest server. I am currently in the process of building a test OpenPBX t.38 platform so I can ditch those expensive E1's and the requirement for a dedicated server per local call area.
